Now now. BA's have a point. we all end up experiencing death and usually it is interpreted as a punishment. The hell of which they speak is a place where people who don't want to be with God go. That is all. God still loves everyone and does all things to perfection. He is so willing and able to come to our assistance and lends us so many means to find Him. We should do our best to be good and be positive and try to find the good points about everyone we meet.

Look, I'm just getting tired of this I guess. Born-again Christians are not to blame, since the ones I've met in RL are very spiritual and they bring you to task. They don't go around condemning people like they do here. Their job as they see it is to make sure that you are aware of this. It is not smugness that you should look at, but their sincere efforts to keep everyone on their toes and being their best.

What I'm saying is, they DO have a point and just because they say it offensively doesn't invalidate the point. Hell is NOT a place you want to end up.

Oh crap. Look, just read what happened to St Faustina and someone's interpretation on the vision of hell that she had. Keep in mind that this happened in the 30's, so...

The Bible would disagree with your assertion that God loves everyone the same.

Mal 1:2 I have loved you, says Jehovah. But you say, In what way have You loved us? Was not Esau the brother to Jacob? Yet Jehovah declares, I loved Jacob,
Mal 1:3 and I have hated Esau and have made his mountains a desolation, and his inheritance to be for the jackals of the wilderness.

Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Being born again is necessary for salvation.

Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Those are Jesus' words, not ours. Unless you are reborn in the Spirit, you will remain in your sinful nature, and die in that state. Those who are the elect, the ecclesia, the out called ones, will be born again and saved. It is all of God, not us.

Yes, its tru that God luvs u, he will always love u no matter what u do. Its just dat u cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven without confessing ur sins to Him and declare Him as ur Savior. This is the difference between u (an unbeliever) and me (a believer or 'born again').

The nature of God is not monolithic.

God is Love
God is Holy
God is Righteous
God is Merciful
God is JUST

God satisfied his justice, by offering HIMSELF as a sacrifice for your sin. You can't get any more loving than that.

But: you must do your part! That sacrifice must be acquired by you in the manner required by God's just and holy requirements.

NO one is born "saved". We all must do the same. The bar is low enough for everyone.

It is your sin nature that wants to argue over the bar, instead of accepting that you must cross it according to God's requirements.

I loved a dog once. But he kept biting people and still had to be put down. I would have done almost anything for him (except die for him - I didn't love him that much). But his behavior was wrong and had to be dealt with. I tried behavioral modification, and all that. It didn't work. He kept biting people. He had to be put down.

In the same way, if you refuse to turn to God on his terms, he will ultimately have to send you where your sin requires.

God can not love you more and chooses not to love you less, but you must choose to respond to that love.

Yes, He does love ALL of us. That is why Jesus died for ALL of us. Being saved is really about if He has forgiven you and how much you love Him. He does not wish for anyone to perish, but it is our choice. Just how sorry are we for our "sins", the things we do or have done that have hurt God, others or ourselves? Do we really care?

Christianity is about our relationship with God and others. He loves us so much that He has made a way for us not to be separated, but to be with Him through Jesus Christ. Do you love Him enough to want to be with Him? Millions have found that the exclusive claim of Jesus - that He is the way, the truth and the life... and that no one can come to God except through Him to be the absolute truth.

"Born Again" describes the new life the Christian has found with the living God. It is not about living a "religious" life or being perfect. It is about the greatest love the world has ever known. Come and see for yourself.

The only time one can "never go to Heaven" is after they've received the mark of the Beast from Revelation.

Whether you're saved or not, now that is between you and God.

Of course our Creator loves us, but have you ever heard of "tough love"?

Sounds like youve been given alot of answers here none of them would fully satisfy my curiousity, God new you would be confused so read for yourself in the Bible Someone on here mentioned C.S. Lewis well he has some good advise, but C.S. Lewis had to find out for himself just like all of us need to.
We should research this after all it is an important question, and remember if you get information from a group of people who critic other denomenations, dont trust them.
If you ask your father in prayer and then seek an answer, you will find it.

i think that you're question is loaded with language that needs to be unpacked before you can begin to get answers
what you you think that meaning of the word "love" is?
what is your thought on the word "saved"?
what is your idea on the place of "heaven"?

sometimes I think that people see the word love in the bible and they think that God has "warm, fuzzy feelings" toward us, I don't think that that's what the bible means at all. love is an action word in the bible. when it says that God loves us, it means that he acted toward us in a good and beneficial way.

saved in the word, means "from something" if you are saved, you are saved from a certain type of lifestyle. Saved from death in a sence.

as for heaven, Jesus hardly ever speaks about heaven as a metaphysical pie in the sky type of place, he speaks of heaven as a place that should be worked toward here on earth, a place of holiness and Godliness.

God acted toward us (loved) through the work of Jesus in his life, his death and his ressurection. This brought the hope of transformation and the power to be saved from a lifestyle of evil and death. Which when we work toward that transformation with his saving grace we can work toward bringing heaven on earth.
Furthermore, in a relationship there requires two sides of love. one party needs to love, while the other needs to return that love. if the second side of the relationship is never fullfilled how can one say that they have accepted his transforming grace? and how can one expect to accept the benefits of the first party's love if they do not accept it and return it?

Love must be tempered by free will and by justice.

The church is the ordinary means of salvation in the world today.

God may save anyone he pleases, church or not.

But will he save YOU on your own terms?

Why take the chance, when you have the power to make a simple choice for salvation?

There's that free will again!

A lot of christians (I am one myself) may say that Heaven is the last place we go, but nobody really knows, the bible is vague. Perhaps we have more growth to do before we can enter into Gods holy presence. I highly, highly, HIGHLY reccomend C.S. Lewis's "The Great Divorce" for you to read, it is a study on the subject, but in a nutshell "All men were made into disobedience, so that all men would be saved" Essentialy, God loves us, and he loves us so much that he gave us freedom to decide our own fate, and the cost of freedom is pain. You can decide love or hate, you can decide truth or lies. You have the brains to decide what is right and what is wrong as you were endowed that comprehension, God wants you to use that to find Him, which you are! Right now. So keep on searching for the truth.
