It's best that you see a doctor if you can't control the itch. You need to find out your exact problem.

Aloe vera! Get the best stuff you can afford. My white Yankee hide got a Florida-sized sunburn while on spring break in college. Bad enough I wanted to go home. But aloe vera saved the day. Cut the hurt, cut the itch.

fist stop itching at it cause it will just make it itch more. SEcond think about something other than the itch. TRUST ME it will help.
3rd- keep applying aloe on it. Give it a few days and the itching will go away.
When i was sunburned my back was itching like crazy too and this was all I could do.

There's a product our there, I think it's by Hawaiian Tropics--it's aloe, but it has lidocaine in it--the stuff the dentist uses before they give you the big shot. It's effective and it will relieve your itching just like it relieves pain.
Oatmeal baths by Aveeno might help as well.

go to the drug store/pharmacy and get some dermaplast spray it will help with both of your symptoms and wear loose fitting clothing, cotton and take warm showers using a body sponge and gently wash your skin with it in a couple days that will get the dead skin off and continue to spray the dermaplast then after the dead skin is gone moisturize with a good moisturizer to keep it healthy adn good luck, aloe is a natural ingredient that does well too.

Well benadryl won't do anything. You have to rehydrate yourself. Drink gatorade and water. Put lotion on it now. You need lots of hydration and a loofa sponge to get rid of the dry skin.
