The first painting they show is of the Madonna and child, and it appears that there's a UFO in the background with a man looking up at it. Is this the one you mean?

There are actual quite a few.
Most were produced during the Renaissance by various famous artists including Michelangelo.

I have seen some Oil Paintings with UFO's in them.
17th Century Oils, I think.

I believe the Mona Lisa has a UFO behind her over her left shoulder. That would be to your right if you were looking at the painting.
