I am going to be in high school next year and I am in band. I really need to get myself in shape for the marching season. Any good ideas? I do have to go to band camp 10 hours a day and I will be running there and holding up an instrument but I nearly died at freshman band because I am out of shape and over weight.
I just rode my bike for 40 min, played basketball for 10 minutes, and lifted weights for 10 minutes. I usually do not have this much time to work out. I need something short that I can do daily!!! Please help!! Maybe something done in 30 minutes or less?

Actually, I am not overweight I just feel like I am sometimes because my friends are like twigs!!! I did my BMI and I am right in the middle of where I should be!!
