Today I have had dull pains under my right rib and have felt nauseated. and my stomach is bloated.

bloated stomach and nausea can be due to many reasons simplest being indigestion, overeating and worms etc. a bloated stomach with gas is bound to give you dull pain. Why jump to gallbladder? You have any reason to worry about gall bladder?. However if your stomach does not settle within 12 hours or the problem occurs again and again then it is best to see a doctor.

before i had my gallbladder removed i had heartburn even after Drinking water, severe pain that lasted hours with me on the bathroom floor, throwing up. the Dr said i had 3 of the 4 F's female, fat (overweight), fertile (more than 1 child) and over 40 (i wasn't). These are the typical people that get gallstones. If you suspect it is your gallbladder call your Dr and get an upper g i. Don't eat fatty foods because that will bring on an attack. Every woman from my generation and before have had their gallbladder removed in my family. My mom, sis and i even had it done by the same Dr. If you think this is what is going on then get to the Dr you do not want to have to have an emergency surgery.

Yes those are all symptoms of gallbladder disease, you need to have an ultrasound (that' a look see for your doctor).

Does it have an expiration date on it? Check the date to see if it's gone bad.
