My boyfriend and his friend go on camping trips almost every weekend together and they won't let me or anybody else go with them. I know he isn't gay, but it still is weird that he won't even let me come with them. I have visions of Brokeback Mountain in my head. One time he came back with a hickey and told me that it was a bruise. Is he secretly gay?

He's got a hickey. There are only three possible realities here:
1.
He's been doing things with his friend, probably doesn't even go camping.
2. He's been doing things with other women, and (once again) probably wasn't even camping.
3. It (surprisingly) really was just a bruise, or something. Mabey his friend is actually gay, and came on to him. Mabey he slept on a pebble. These all are VERY unlikely, but hey **** happens. I'd keep an eye on him, and consider the possibilities. I think he's cheating. Just in my opinion, and if he gets defensive, its most likely true.

Just talk to him. How long have yall been together? Have you noticed anything odd before the hickey? Also, what are the guys like that your bf and his best friend hang out with? Are any of them gay that you know of? Overall just having a supportive convo with him should help. For all you know he is confused and is too scare to talk to you about it. If you open up to him and create a comfortable situation for him to open up to you, you will get the answers you want. Just remember if he is, be supportive. No matter what his sexuality, you love this guy enough to be dating him, you should be supportive. I know it might hurt, but you also have to remember that he is having a hard time as well. This is one of those situations in which you have to balance your own feelings with those of the other person. Just remember to be supportive regardless of the outcome!

It does sound odd. Why don't you tell him that you miss him and you want to go camping with him. The fact that he won't let you or anyone else go with them sounds a little like they enjoy spending time alone.. just the two of them.. Maybe you are a beard.(fake girlfriend to throw suspicion off) you won't know unless you ask.

Sometimes guys need their alone time with each other. The hickey wasn't given to him by his best friend. It's either a deer or the girl who is coming along with them.

hun i totaly hate to say this but maybe he isnt gay and maybe they arent going camping...maybe there going somewhere else to meet up with girls and thats how he got the hickey...

I doubt it. I mean, it's always possible, but guys like to do the camping thing, and when they're off doing guy stuff they generally don't like us girls to tag along. I think you may have been watching too many movies.

hmm well he could be cheating on you with another girl and he's friend could be his wing man or something. are you sure they are camping? they could be going somewhere else. Follow him and find out what he's up to.
