I like every season. There is something in every season that I love about it. Spring is so new and fresh, especially if you live in a very snowy climate like I do. You actually get excited when you see a buttercup or a tulip stick its nose out of a pile of snow. Summer is full of dozens of flowers and lots of fruits and vegetables coming up for harvesting as well as all the babies born in the spring are now running all around the place, from squirrels to bunnies to colts and calves. Autumn is always decked with vivid colors, especially after a good frost and there is so much golden, red and orange splendor in the trees that it takes your breath away. There is nothing so neat than a good frost that leaves everything coated in white. Winter is full of layers and blankets of snow that looks so awesome on a full moon night, especially when the moon casts shadows upon shadows across it's white splendor. And if you have never seen a frozen Great Lake that is so big that the waves have cast the ice up on its banks in piles and you can walk out well past the light houses on 4 feet thick snow, then you have never experienced a real winter. If you have never awaken to the splendor of everything caked in an inch of ice from an ice storm, then you have really missed something beautiful, or if you have never seen the Northern Lights reflecting off acres of snow in the winter, you have missed a beauty that is hard to tell about. I enjoy every season because each one has its own unique splendor about it.

I don't like any season where you can die just by being outside. Here in Michigan, winters are cold, as I would assume they are in many places. So I love spring and fall, comfortable and moderate seasons.

Winter. It's cold, windy, beautiful, and the neighbors don't have a BBQ every Saturday. And there's always the occasional Cooper's hawk that hangs around.
You can always put more clothes on, but in the summer there's only so much you can legally take off....

Winter
It is the best time of year and everything is white. Just enjoy sitting in the snow late at night listenning to the snow fall. It is so peaceful as if there's no more worries and stress all of a sudden.

I love Fall!
A time of year when the leaves turn crisp and change in color to yellows, orange and browns.
A time to warm the house with scented candles.
A time to put on large bulky sweaters and drink hot chocolate!
