High fiber raw and cooked vegetables moderate fruit whole grains no refined foods such as pasta white rice or breads avoid all processed foods dairy products oils and fats avoid meat fish and chicken and sulfides . drink at least a gal of water a day and little sugar if any and no spicey food or carbonated beverages . salads with low cal low fat dressing
are good especially with raw veggies like brocolli spinach zuchini and the other run of the mill salad items . maintain strickly for two weeks and then add small quantities of quality protein only if necessary like chicken not fried but baked or preferrably steamed to compensate for your beans and legumes . I lost 100 lbs in about three months and gained back ten from adding extra meat and desserts . this diet will also be good for a 68% lower chance of heart attack or stroke . I went from 285 to 180 and now I'm maintaining 190 lbs . make your portions smaller but more frequent and you can have all the salad you want and after you eat if you are not satisfied drink a glass or two of water and you will feel more filled . good luck no exercise is necessary to lose weight but you might lose muscle which weighs more as well

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and do some walking, you will not have problem losing some weight and fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
