Determine the field of business you want to be in and then get a four year degree with that field being the center of your electives as well as your core. A general business degree could suffice. It would be best if you worked in the industry at the same time, even if just part time. A MBA, is just about mandatory, and a heavy amount of accounting would be great. It is proven that more CEO's have an accounting background than any other field, so getting your CPA along with a MBA would really work to your advancement. If you are employed in the field most companies that see that you are talented will send you back to college for the later two degrees, or permit you to work a semester and then go to school for a semester, until you complete your education. This is called the co-op program, (go to school awhile and work awhile). On job training after a basic college degree is just as important, if not more than the education. The amountof education you have over other potential employees trying for the same advancement will be a separation factor. For example, if you have only a four year degree, and another competitor for the job has a MBA, they would get the promotion, considering that everything else was about equal, and if someone had both and was also a CPA, then they would probably get the nod. A law degree would be great along with a MBA, with heavy accounting courses, and even without a CPA the attorney, would probably get the nod. I am basing this on large corporate strutures, because it is a very competitive and political world and even with all these qualifications it is the person that has the best presentatin of themselves to the board of directors and other senior management personell that will get the jobs that will lead to the CEO job. I am a CEO, but I own my own business. I have all the facets and degrees but that doesn't mean I could become a CEO at another company, in the event that I sold or closed my business. Compare it to getting into the hall of fame for football or baseball, and then think about all the players that played in high school. The chances are probably less to become a CEO of a major business, than getting into one of those hall of fames.

Just like athlete's exercise their muscles, the brain is a muscle, and to get it stronger and stronger you have to exercise it. Join various academic clubs if you are able, take challenging classes that will work your mind, and in your classes, get top grades, ask your instructors, when they went to college, what study habits worked best for them, and also ask how good of students they were. Read each chapter 3 times, learn how to study together, find out which are considered the better business college's.
Good Luck!

Learning how to write properly will definitely help.

Being a CEO will take years of buttkissing, climbing the corporate ladder, grunt work, and a damn good education. In college, it would be wise to major in business but choose a concentration such as Economics, Finance, Management, etc. Following that, it would be wise to consider getting your MBA.

Have your dreams and hopes, but also be realistic. A CEO is hard work, not just major bucks and jet setting around the world. Good luck.

Take business classes in college and do internships at different companies .
Plan on going for the MBA because lots of people already have the plain Bachelors in Business .
AND , FYI . . . if you are already skittish about rude answers , CEO is Not the type of job you will be able to handle . They need to have serious backbones and Never be the crybaby type .

First, please note that I do not intend for this to be impolite but merely honest. My first suggestion would be to use punctuation and spelling checks on your written correspondences. Misspelling words such as "when" and "what" and using numbers instead of words reflects a strong level of immaturity. A CEO would never use this language in any correspondence. If you truly wish to work in a business environment, you need to convince yourself that you are a professional. Once you have convinced yourself of this, you need to convince others. Though only sixteen, you are fully capable of improving your communication skills and fully capable of presenting yourself as a professional. Good luck to you.
