No, it would be incredibly naive (to put it mildly).
Just the simple fact that American Christians only represent 12% of Christians world-wide is enough to refute that notion. Add to that the many Christian denominations who protested the war in Iraq, including the Pope himself, I would say you are mistaken. The only Christians who overtly supported the invasion of Iraq were the so-called fundamentalists, who make up less than 5% of the Christian population. The worlds top five largest denominations, comprising more than 85% of all Christians, officially protested the invasion of Iraq.

you are mistaken.there are many meanings and aspects to jihad.the one your talking about means qital or fighting in the name of Allah.your fighting in Iraq is not so that God's words and law become supreme in the land.quite the opposite.you are fighting so that man-made edicts rule the day.so please do not co-opt the very real and important place that jihad fis-sabeelilah has in Islam,for you the Christian. so no, it would not be fair.
