porkies............. at least that is what we call them with real mashed potatoes/gravy & Green Beans.
To make Porkies: pork cutlets, I like to have a pork roast cut from the butcher.
Brown the porkies, then put into crock-pot with a mix of the brown gravy, pork gravy and onion gravy mixes let cook all day on low, this makes a wonderful gravy that you could thicken with cornstarch if you would prefer but you don't have to.
It is a fast easy meal that my family just loves.

At home, lasagna. If I'm going out to a good restaurant I'd order a surf and turf dinner (steak and lobster or steak and broiled fish), baked potato with sour cream, any green vegetable, and a tossed salad. Then I'd add a light dessert and coffee.

At home I love caesar salad with croutons, some type of pasta, any type of bread and water or snapple.
When I eat out I like: Chicken Caesar Pitas, steak fries and an oreo milkshake.
