but then i started eating lessa nd i am now 138.
but i want to lose weight.
so i have started jump roping.
and it's some good exercise just start eating maybe some total cereal for dinner i eat honey bunches of oats sometimes.
it's going to be very hard to lose 100 pounds start off with small goals like maybe 10 pounds then when you lose 10 start another for maybe 5 or 10 again.
whatever suits you best.
and remember you are a beautiful human being who deserves to live a long healthy life.
good luck!

First off, you won't lose 100 lbs by Labor Day. I lost 90 lbs and it took me about 10 months. I think you'll get into size 14s by Labor Day though, if you try hard enough. Stick to a meal plan that has about 1500 calories a day and be sure the calories are from fruits, veggies, milk, lean meats, and whole grains...stop drinking beverages with sugar and play softball a couple times a week. The bad news is that softball doesn't burn many calories. Maybe you can walk vigorously every day for about 45 minutes. As it gets easier, try to run a little (running burns a lot of calories quickly). Or you can bike or swim for a couple of hours a week.

Well, you probably won't be able to lose 100 lbs that quickly, but you can begin an exercise program, and learn how to eat more healthily, so that you can lose weight. It will take probably 6mos to a year plus, to lose 100 lbs, but it will come off! First off, you don't need a treadmill to exercise! You can jog or run around where you live. Buy a step-counter, and make sure you are taking at least 10,000 steps a day. You need to eat less junk food, and more fruits and veggies. Eat whole wheat bread, rather than white. Eat less ice cream. Drink water or milk rather than sugar-filled juice and pop. Eat smaller portions (like rather than a 1/2 lb burger, get a 1/4 lb) of meats and potatoes, and larger portions of veggies and fruits (which fill you up). Good luck!!

High fiber raw and cooked vegetables moderate fruit whole grains no refined foods such as pasta white rice or breads avoid all processed foods dairy products oils and fats avoid meat fish and chicken and sulfides . drink at least a gal of water a day and little sugar if any and no spicey food or carbonated beverages . salads with low cal low fat dressing
are good especially with raw veggies like brocolli spinach zuchini and the other run of the mill salad items . maintain strickly for two weeks and then add small quantities of quality protein only if necessary like chicken not fried but baked or preferrably steamed to compensate for your beans and legumes . I lost 100 lbs in about three months and gained back ten from adding extra meat and desserts . this diet will also be good for a 68% lower chance of heart attack or stroke . I went from 285 to 180 and now I'm maintaining 190 lbs . make your portions smaller but more frequent and you can have all the salad you want and after you eat if you are not satisfied drink a glass or two of water and you will feel more filled . good luck no exercise is necessary to lose weight but you might lose muscle which weighs more as well

First get real... it would be nice but you won't lose 100 fast. Its a life style change and I am going through it too. I would like to lose about 100 more pounds....I have lost 26 in the last 2 months. Its hard at times but when you see the weight start coming off or go down a pant size totally worth it. I am doing cardio about 4-5 times a week, and dieting. I am eating 1200 healthy calories a day. I make sure to eat things of substance not just empty calories. This is a great web site to see how many calories in something www.calorie-count.com also, I have been eating more natural foods. The less processed the better. Good Luck!

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and do some brisk walking, you will not have problem losing some weight and fats.

Please lose slowly, so you will not end up with sagging fold of skins or having the diet burst. Get used to your new lifstyle.
Soon you can be even smaller than size 14.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

There's no healthy and safe way to lose that much weight in such a short time. Find a good track and start start power walking or jogging if you can. Eat lots of veggies and fruits and limit your carb intake. Avoid late meals and high calorie snacks. As a teenager, your worst enemies are fatty foods such as French fries, cheeseburgers and carbonated beverages, which are loaded with calories. Take it one step at a time. You should also see your doctor to ensure that you have no medical problems. Your doctor will also be able to recommend a good diet. Good luck.

Sorry to say, but there is absolutely no way you will loose 100 LBS that fast.
you should aim for 2 LBS per week to loose, cut back your calories and go for a 30-60 minute walk at least 4-5 days a week
