Drink lots of water! Many people don't drink enough water so your body retains water as a safeguard. Crunches aren't going to help very much, it will only build muscle which won't show under a layer of fat.
Do lots of cardio. I would say about 1 hour every second day. Fast-paced walking uphill is the best for weight loss and you won't damage your limbs as you would if your run or jog.
As for your diet. Eat a high amount of protein and very low amount of starches. Starches have a tendency to line your belly. Keep your carb intake moderate, but not excessive and choose healthy carbs, not sugars or starches. Try eating more frequently, but each meal being smaller portions. Such as a 2000 cal diet broken out over 6 meals (333 cal per meal) instead of 2000 cal over 3 meals (666 cal per meal). This can make a significant difference and will prevent over eating! Eat many vegetables, especially greens like spinach, broccoli, salads with a fruit based dressing (like raspberry vinagrette). Vegetables are filling and contain much water so it won't "stick" to you.

Follow this and you should be looking much better in a month's time.

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and do some brisk walking, you will not have problem losing some weight and fats. I lost my tummy fats this way.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
