Please don't answer unless you know what they are. It's excess weight that sort of "droops" over your waistline.

I hate those damn love handles. I gain all my weight on my hips and I've finally started to do something about it. The answer? Lots and lots of cardio. Treadmills, bikes, elipticals, anything that gets your heart rate pumping. And of course, a well balanced diet to help things along.

There is just one way - reducing your body fat percentage.
You do that by cardio and healthy diet.
Do cardio (running, jogging, cycling, rope jumping, swimming etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min
Eat healthy, fresh, unprocessed foods in small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day) which will give your body energy when it needs it and not have any extra left to store in fat reserves (which happens when you have 3 big meals a day)
Drink lots of water

2 exercises...first...stand feet apart arms at side..stretch one arm over your head and reach for the sky, then the other arm, do this in sets of 10 each arm 2 sets of 10 for the exercise...2nd, lay on the floor in comfortable clothes, what your are going to do is to take your arms stretched out and bring your knees up to your chest as you stretch your arms past your knees...as you go back down dont touch the ground...do it again 2 sets of 10 till it gets easy then 2 sets of 20...lovehandles....gone in no time at all...I know it works...

You're going to hate me but:

Eat healthier and exercise more. Do long, slow jogs so that you burn fat.
