If i dont eat junk food.

Go walking( for 1.50( mile and a half) for 4-5 days a week.

No juices just water and green tea.

to lose weight you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
if you cant run you have to walk way more than that.
Dont deprive your body and eat fresh, unprocessed foods in small meals 5-6 times a day.

Walk at least 4 miles 5 days a week.

Then eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and with some walking, you will not have problem losing some weight and fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Depends on what you eat. If you eat food with a lot of fat or sugar it will hinder what you are doing. If you are eating lean meats and fruit and veggies, you will have a great diet going on.
