I am a relatively in shape girl, but my biggest problem is the small layer of fatty, nasty, cellulite stuff on the backs of my thighs. I know that those lotions and serums aren't going to be the most economical or effective way of getting rid of the problem, but nothing else I do seems to work.

Should I be working out more and trying to burn more calories? Is there a specific exercise that you could suggest to target the problem?

Any suggestions would be a blessing!

you need to focus on reducing your current level of body fat. this means exercising at a high level of intensity for 60-80 minutes. this will cause the greatest increase in the resting metabolic rate which is when real fat loss occurs. also depending on your current level of fitness and if you are heart healthy sprinting is the king for reducing body fat. 10 all out 100 meter sprints 2-3x a week takes about 15 minutes to complete and is 10x more effective than 1 hour on the treadmill or elliptical. sprints or any form of exercise that is performed at 100% intensity causes the greatest increase in growth hormone secretion. GH is not only the most powerful fat burning substance that the body produces but it also helps to thicken the dermis further reducing the effects of cellulite.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Oh man, I wish I knew. I have horrible cellulite on my legs and butt. I think I've always had it too, and I'm young. It's ridiculous. The only thing I've been doing for it is cardio exercise, hoping it'll tone things up. My calves are starting to get muscular so hopefully my butt and thighs are next.

I can tell you what creates cellulite so you can avoid doing those things and eliminate it - number one thing - yo-yo dieting and starving/depriving your body, lack of exercise (cardio), not drinking enough water, eating non-organic food, not eating enough fruit and veggies (5-8 servings a day is required), too many carbs and too little protein, sodas and alcohol.
You can eliminate it by lowering your body fat percentage.
All women and even very young girls have it - men rarely do because their fat cells are a bit different.

using coffee groujnds as a scrub works. Just get them a little moist (into almost a paste) and massage it onto your legs. Leave it on and then wrap your legs in plastic wrap. leave on for 15-20 min and it should go away in about a week or 2. Do every 3-4 days. I know it sounds weird, but it works wonders for me! You have to keep doing it every other month or so tho, it's not permenent
