I've noticed the liberal nonbelievers give Christians a hard time for fighting in wars throughout history. But don't they realize someone has to do it or we'd all lose our freedoms.

If world war three was to start right here in America would they understand then why we have to fight sometimes?

I'd think the liberal nonbelievers and most of the other minorities would run to Canada and Mexico leaving the Christians too fight for America again.

Sean, just EXACTLY how much BLOOD have YOU shed for our rights as Americans? How many YEARS have YOU served in the military? Get OFF your high horse and stick YOUR butt where your MOUTH is. I'm a Wiccan and I have served in the military, I have shed my OWN blood so jerks like YOU can spew your BS on an open forum like this. Don't you DARE to insinuate that ONLY Christians have lost and are continuing to lose their lives to guarantee your freedoms while YOU sit on your butt, nice and cozy here in the States, spouting off crap that you have NO idea about. EVERY war that this Nation has been involved in has been manned by people of EVERY Religion that existed in the contry at the time of that particular war. Right this moment there are literally THOUSANDS of young men and women in Iraq who are NOT Christian. Theyre DYING and being injured EVERY single day. How DARE you drag their brave sacrifices through the mud with YOUR BIGOTRY. Just who the HELL do you think you are? You're a SPOILED little BRAT and if you were here right this moment, I'd KICK your butt to a bloody pulp. JERK!!!!

Do you have a link showing that ONLY Christians serve in the military ?

If so , why did Wiccans in the military have to fight for 10 years to get THEIR faith emblem allowed on their gravesites.

Why are there Jewish chaplains in the military ?

Why don't you check your facts, before you shoot off a question like that.

Also, on the civil rights fronts, MANY non-Christians fought for such freedoms such as women & blacks having the right to vote, abolishing slavery, etc.

Yes the wars christians fought in were for freedom. You nailed it. It wasn't for power or just to kill everyone who believed some thing different. Nope clearly freedom. During the Crusades the christians fought for freedom by going to the middle east and killing as many Muslims as they could. But for freedom from those Muslims who were in there own countries. You figured it all out. Way to go.

If Christians are the only ones fighting for freedom, then why are there 39 different religious symbols authorized to be displayed at Arlington Cemetary? Including mine, the Wiccan Pentacle.

i think if a true purpose came for war liberals would be right there just like they were in the WW I and II. In the last 50 years our leaders have only chosen to fight wars for ideology, practice and profit...

Usually the christians are fighting to take away freedoms. Do you forget who was at the forefront of the civil rights movement in the sixties, it was the liberals, while the conservative christian south was fighting for segragation and the denial of the right to vote for minorities.
It was the Liberal North who fought and won the civil war.
It was the Liberals who fought and won the Revolution.
FDR was one of the most liberal presidents we ever had and he led us in world war 2.
The crusades were fought by christians, and we all know how that went.

It depends on what you mean by fighting for freedom. It was Christians who ended the Gladiatorial fights ,and slavery, and started schools for the poor,It (amongst other things) the unChristian attitude and behacvior towards colonists that helped start the Revolutionary war. Need more? Let me know.

So easy to say in the comfort of your home. If you think George Bush's war is justified, and that it protects our freedom, what are you still doing here? Why aren't you fighting in it?
