Lay down on your left side....that should help digest your food and help you get trapped gas out of your stomach. I wouldn't force yourself to throwup.

When my dad had a major heart attach, he thought he was dying of the flu. If you feel cold and clammy, and your "stomach ache" is in the upper part of your tummy, call 911. Vomiting will not help here.
Vomiting may not help if it isn't that either. Vomiting usually only helps if we have eaten something that doesn't agree with us -- and then, it could cause serious repercussions.
If the pain is lower in your body, it could be appendicitis. Also, if you have the possibility of being pregnant, it could be an ectopic pregnancy.
If the pain does not lessen shortly, at least call your doctor's office. Even if they are closed, they usually have someone "on call" to assist you with determining if you need to visit the hospital.

WOAH!!!! DO NOT MAKE YOURSELF THROW UP!! Chances are that if you're stomach is hurting that bad, you either have gas or constipation. Try drinking a cup of hot black coffee to help stimulate your bowels so you can go to the bathroom more easily. If this doesn't help, get to the ER.

It could be the stomach flu, and it won't be exiting the way it came in... if it's acid related, go the Pepto Bismol route. If it's really that bad and it's not one of the two, go to the ER so they can at least help you with the pain. It's probably nothing serious, but they maybe they can enlighten you as to what's causing it.

What have you eaten recently? Barfing may not be the best idea.
Seek help for the poison control center near you.
Call 911, me thinks! Or have someone take you to the emergency room.
Don't risk your life!

Throwing up is not the answer especially if you have tried and can't obviously your body does not need to. Try an antacid. How are your bowel movements? diarrhea? constipation? Diarrhea try Imodium AD constipation try a stool softener or fleets enema.

It might be gas, so drink a hot cup of tea.
If that don't do it go make a #2.
If that don't work call your mom or 911.

Stick your finger way down your throat. If your stomach keeps hurting or if it's severe, you may want to see a Dr. or go to the emergency room.
