You are not eating enough to lose fat, all you will lose doing this is water weight and muscle and slow down your metabolism. If you weight over 150lbs your body needs 1680cal/day just for basic functioning (if you are in coma) - anything less is deprivation.
To lose fat you have to eat small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day) -that way your body gets enough calories when it needs them and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves and it will not make your blood sugar crash.
cheerios is not a good cereal, try Kashi or other whole grain cereals (and not ones that say "made WITH whole grains")
you dont have to count miles doing cardio but time doing it which should be 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
and do some light weight training as well 2-3 times a week.

looks like you need to get yourself an education and a job before you start trying to lose all that weight fatty but when you do get a job then this is what you should try:
first get on a bike and ride it until you get to a large mass of water then jump into it and swim until you see a pizza place then walk into the pizza place and say you dont like pizza then the owner will run you out then you run until you see a phone booth get in the phone booth and do 5000 pull ups i dont care how long it takes after that find a map and crabwalk home.
