I hate to disappoint you, but apple cider vinegar does not help anyone lose weight. While it has many other good uses, according to Heloise's column, it doesn't really work for weight loss. Sticking to a healthy diet and getting enough exercise is still the best, while not necessarily the fastest, way to keep your weight down. Besides, who can drink vinegar?

Drinking apple cider vinegar won't make you lose weight. Lowering the amount of calories you eat in a day and focusing on eating healthier foods along with increasing your physical activity will help you lose weight.

I started drinking it about 5 days ago. I have 2 tablespoons with about 3/4 cups of orange juice after each meal. I use it to help with my digestion which has helped greatly. I have not experience any bloating after eating which I always did. It has also helped with my bowel movement which I am back to a daily schedule. I just use the the brand from my local store but I will look into GNC or Mothers once this bottle is gone.
Best of luck !
P.S. My eating habits have not changed.
