Okay if one of your family members was found to be a perpetrator by omission for child molestation because they didn't report it when it was told to them, are they allowed to babysit children under the age of 18 even though they're listed with childline as a perpetrator by omission? I thought you weren't to have contact with children under the age of 18 under these circumstances?

Report any violation so that appropriate actions will be conducted by the law enforcement agencies so that the child will be protected from molestation.
