100 to 135 pounds would be with in a normal range for your height

My doctor says 100 lbs for the first five feet and 5 lbs per each inch over that. Your weight would be 110, give or take a little.

I'm 5'2 and right now I weigh 110, I did weigh 120 and was still at a healthy weight so anywhere between 105 and 125 is pretty healthy

It depends if you're an adult or not. If you are 18 or older, the healthy weight range (BMI 18.5 to 25) is between 101 and 136lb, with 111-126lb being the average range. If you're younger than that, the healthy range is lower. For example, at age 15 for girls, the healthy BMI range is about 17 to 23, so the weight range would be about 93-126lb, with the average at about 103 to 116lb.

I'd say probably between 100 and 115 pounds. It really depends on your body structure, heredidty, and your diet (for example, if you eat a bunch of fast food and junk food, you'll get fat. But if you eat healthy and excercise, you will gain weight and strenth in your muscles).

Below is from About.com. I competely agree with the info for the BMI, but not with the wasit measurement. You are supposed to suck in when you measure and measure right at your belly button. I know "suck in?, that's crazy!" but you can't suck in fat and that's what you want to measure. Good rule of thumb for the waist measurement is take your height and divide it in half. So for you 62"/2= 31. Your waist should be no larger than 31" around.

BMI measures your weight in relation to your height, and is closely associated with measures of body fat.
You can calculate your BMI using this formula:
BMI equals a person's weight in pounds divided by their height in inches squared, multiplied by 703.
For example, for someone who is 5 feet, 7 inches tall (67") and weighs 220 pounds, the calculation would look like this: 220 divided by 4489 (67" X 67") multiplied by 703 = 34.45 BMI
A person with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is considered healthy.
A person with a BMI of 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight.
A person with a BMI of 30 or more is considered obese.
Because BMI does not show the difference between fat and muscle, it does not always accurately predict when weight could lead to health problems. For example, someone with a lot of muscle (such as a body builder) may have a BMI in the unhealthy range, but still be healthy and have little risk of developing diabetes or having a heart attack.
BMI also may not accurately reflect body fatness in people who are very short (under 5 feet) and in older people, who tend to lose muscle mass as they age. And it may not be the best predictor of weight-related health problems among some racial and ethnic groups such as African American and Hispanic/Latino American women. But for most people, BMI is a reliable way to tell if your weight is putting your health at risk.
Waist Circumference
Excess weight, as measured by BMI, is not the only risk to your health. So is the location of fat on your body. If you carry fat mainly around your waist, you are more likely to develop health problems than if you carry fat mainly in your hips and thighs. This is true even if your BMI falls within the normal range.
To measure your waist circumference, place a tape measure around your bare abdomen just above your hip bone. Be sure that the tape is snug, but does not compress your skin, and is parallel to the floor. Relax, exhale, and measure your waist.
Women with a waist measurement of more than 35 inches or men with a waist measurement of more than 40 inches may have a higher disease risk than people with smaller waist measurements because of where their fat lies.

i'm 5'1 and just weighed in at the dr at 113 lbs and she said that was a good weight. aim for 120!
