Without reviewing the technical specs of the plant, it would be difficult to assess the likelihood of a core breach leading to meltdown, or release of radioactive venting gasses. But given the way most US plants are designed, both are very unlikely.

Most likely, such an attack would shut the plant down for weeks or months, resulting in a loss of available electricity.

I believe oak ridge is protected by either Patriot or Hell Fire missile batteries authorized to destroy anything that gets to close.
