Cars with the throttle to the left of the brake are not very common any more. I believe the original Model T was that was, and many small race cars from the 1960s had it too. Good luck finding any NEW car like that.

You won't find a new vehicle like that. That would be a custom modification. Firms that do handicap mods can handle that for you.
