I don't think I look fat.
He is trying to lose weight himself.
Shouldn't he mind his bussiness.

if you lost anymore weight i would be concerned about your health. you seem to be a healthy, normal teen, in good shape.
ignore this apparently blind and size deficit individual, and keep on doing what you are doing. by the way, with friends like these, who needs enemies?

(1) you look great, pretty thin, actually.
(2) having a little bit of fat doesn't mean you're fat. It is actually normal. He might be unaware of this fact.
(3) yes, he should mind his business. He's thinking about his fat all the time, that's why he's imagining it on everyone around.

To see if you have fat on your arms, flex the muscles in the area in question and touch it, try to make it jiggle like a jelly. No jiggle = no extra fat.

Misery loves company. If he feels insecure, he'll try to bring you down to his level so that he can feel better about himself when you are complaining about your body to him! Just ignore him since you currently know you're not fat, and you don't look like you have any fat on your body anywhere. Listening to him will only make you question yourself as you are doing now!!

Girl, you don't look fat at all. You are perfect, from your toes to your nose, just the right weight for your height. Your friend has a poor idea of what healthy should look like. You are it!

That's not something that a real friend would say, and you should tell him so. You have really skinny arms! Ask him why he's trying to make you feel insecure. If he keeps it up, find a real friend to hang around with.

He was just being self concious. You are Not fat, and he is, so he was probably saying that to make himself feel better.
