we tried scaring them by telling them we'll call the cops but it never worked.their parents are nice too.those kids are like 6-10 but then they have older relitives that might do even more damage.

Simply call the police-obviously threatening to do has not been effective.
-And WHY is stating that they are Mexican, racist? If they are, they are. It's not like she called them "beaners" or "fence-jumpers" or anything. Jeez, people. Get off your politically correct high horse. If she stated they were WHITE kids, would that be seen as racist, too? I doubt it. If it were me, I would have just referred to them as little b*stards, because that's what they are.
-And what the H, E, double LL are you thinking, Susieque??? REWARD them for vandalizing? Yes, let's show them that their behavior is not only acceptable, but actually praise them through cookies, candy and ice cream??? Wonderful freakin' idea.

Next time they do it, call the police immediately. If they run away before or when the police get there, you can at least file a report so they have it documented in case it happens again.

If the cop thing is not working, try ice-cream
and cookies or candy bars or something nice!
Break the pattern of malcontent and ugliness by returning kindness and set and example of someone who cares about them, rather than just another someone who is trying to control them.
Maybe you could Hire them for trade to help fix up the lawn, paint the house, I don't know, SOMEthing where they can earn praise.
They must not get that at home either, and you may be the first folks who ever sees them as human beings with value.
Treat them the way you want to be treated.

The little sprogs think it is a game now that they see it is irritating you. Has your grandma tried talking with the kiddies parents? Its worth a try.
If not possible, you may have to resort to the police - that will not improve neighbourhood relations.

ask them nicely and if they don't stop talk to the parents. if they still don't stop call the cops.

Vandalism is illegal. Assault is illegal. These kids are committing both. If you know where these kids live, have a chat with their parents. If that doesn't get them to quit, call the police.

I wonder, how do you know they're Mexican? Were they born in Mexico or what? Because only people who are born in Mexico or those who naturalize there, are Mexicans.
