i have a dell demention 8200 and i was wondering what wireless router was the most compatibale with this type of computer

the dell dimension 8200 does not come with wireless capabilities.
if it has wireless capabilities then it must have been added after the fact, in which case you will need to look that up.
for compatibility look for the wireless mode on the wireless card and wireless router.
for example if the router is wirelss b and g compliant, and your dell has a wireless g card in it, it will work.
no specific model is more compatible than another model.
if you want to be sure, and you need to buy a wireless for your dell, you can generally buy a router and an wireless card in a bundle.
