please help me understand this?
Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
Is this Jehovah?
Rev 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
Is this him to?
Isa 44:6 Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I [am] the first, and I [am] the last; and beside me [there is] no God.
This?

For the next 2 verses I have placed some of the words in bold please read this carefully, and think very precisely as to who this is.
Rev 1:17And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: 18 I [am] he that LIVETH, and was DEAD; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
If you said it was Jehovah God you were right can you tell me when he was dead?
Look at the NWT its the same.

I love Jesus so Much. :) my God.

Rev 1:8 > This is Jehovah speaking. One of three times that He speaks in the book of Rev.. (also @ Rev 21:6 and Rev 22:13) This can be discerned because of His speaking of Himself as the Alpha and the Omega, the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet. This stresses that there was no 'Almighty God' before Him and there will be none after Him. Isaiah 44:6 is Jehovah speaking.

@ Rev 1:17 > Jesus is speaking, which is plain if you read the whole chapter instead of taking the verse by itself.

In Isaiah 44:6, Jehovah is describing his own position as the one and only 'Almighty God', saying: "I am the first and I am the last, and besides me there is no God"
**In the original Hebrew @ Isaiah 44:6, there is no definite article with the words 'first' and 'last', whereas in Jesus' description of himself in the original Greek @ Revelation 1:17, the definite article is found. Grammatically, Rev 1:17 indicates a title, whereas isaiah 44:6, describes Jehovah's Godship.

When Jesus presents himself by the title "the First and the Last" he is speaking of the title bestowed on him by Jehovah, calling attention to his unique resurrection.

Jesue was the 'first' human to be resurrected to immortal spirit life and he is the 'last' to be so resurrected by Jehovah personally.. So, he becomes 'the living one- - - -living forever and ever'. In this way he is now like his immortal Father, who is called "the Living God" (Rev 7:2, Psalms 42:2) For all others of mankind, Jesus himself is "the resurrection and the life" (John 11:25) In keeping with this, Jesus says to John (Rev 1:18) "I became dead, but, look! I am living forever and ever , and I have the keys of death and Hades" Jehovah has given Jesus the authority to resurrect the dead. That is why Jesus can say that he has the keys to unlock the gates for those bound in death and Hades (the grave)

Like you, I love Jesus, but I also love his Father, Jehovah, who in addition to being his Father, is also Jesus' God in the same way that He, Jehovah, is our God.

There are several titles which are used in the bible to refer to more than one person. Especially in the cases of God and Christ, it would seem unsurprising to see either or both of them elevated by the bible writer high above any other person on heaven or earth.

Nevertheless, the bible uses the expression 'Alpha and Omega' three times, and exclusively to refer to Jehovah God (the Father). No authentic Scripture calls Jesus or anyone else by this title.

(Revelation 21:5-7) And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new.” ...And he said to me: “They have come to pass! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To anyone thirsting I will give from the fountain of the water of life free. Anyone conquering will inherit these things, and I shall be his God and he will be my son.

(Revelation 22:13) I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.

(Revelation 1:8) “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says Jehovah God, “the One who is and who was and who is coming, the Almighty.”

By contrast, the less-specific expression "the first and the last" is not always used as a title (such as must be capitalized in English). The bible uses the terms "the first" and "the last" literally HUNDREDS of times. It seems unsurprising to note that Jesus Christ is referred to as "the first and the last" during a conversation about the resurrection hope (such as at Revelation 1:17,18). After all, Jesus the Son is "the first and the last" to be resurrected to heaven by God the Father, since others are resurrected after and by Jesus (rather than by Jehovah).

(Revelation 1:17-18) And he laid his right hand upon me and said: “Do not be fearful. I am the First and the Last, and the living one; and I became dead, but, look! I am living forever and ever, and I have the keys of death and of Hades.

Sadly, a few deny that Revelation 1:17,18 depicts Jesus as the one who comforts the apostle and as the one who has the keys of death. The bible plainly teaches that these features apply to Jesus Christ (see Matt 17:7 and John 11:25).

It seems preposterous to pretend that Almighty Jehovah God ever died. That idea grossly ignores the plain teaching of the bible (see Ps 148:5,6).

According to Rev 1:1, It is God's Revelation given to Jesus, given to an angel, given to John, given to us.

Unlike a play where the names have been added to explain who is speaking at what time

The Book of Revelation is harder to ascribe who said what.

Rev 1:6 John is speaking and tells us Jesus is going place his followers in a special assignment with his (Jesus') God and Father.

We also know that God can never die, has never died, will never die.

So the verses that talk about the first and the last dying can not be God Almighty.

Isa 44:6 is in harmony with Revelation because Jehovah sent his Son as a redeemer, ransomer, savior of mankind.

If I write a letter and send it by mail, who is the author of that letter?

Jehovah is the author or originator of Salvation, Jesus is the instrument use for to have Salvation.
