Drink LOTS of water, cut out all soda, don't eat late at night, (or right before you go to bed), take a good multi vitamin, and exercise everyday. If you stick with that, you should lose the 15 pounds in 3 weeks. Good Luck!! :)

You might want to check out the "Let's Do Lunch" Diet. It's the name of a book, too, but I forgot who the author is. It's a healthy way to lose weight, and you don't go hungry. With me, I found the pounds fell off pretty quickly. Try googling "Let's Do Lunch" and you will find some information.

go vegan for sumtime till you reach a point were you are pleased with your weight. afterwards you shouldnt eat sweet. plus you must ease yourself into eating meat again
