For instance today his kids were running around the high rise and pulled the alarm ( I seen this on camera) and instead of telling me the truth he actually told me infront of his kids that it was someone else whom did it....(teaching them lies) , he also leaves the kids alone for hours at a time at night in my building lobby while he sells pot. Also he feeds them mainly junk food. as well of tones of other negative things now... I dont know what to do Im not sure if the right thing to do is call social services (they'll probably split up the kids whom have already went through so much included their mom trying to kill them in a house fire 2 months ago) Should I try to talk to him (he's hard headed doubt it will do anything but have him scream at me??? PLEASE HELP IM BEGGING WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

I would turn it in so that the kids will be put in a better environment. Look at it this way if he has a durg deal go bad the kids could be hurt.

Are these children old enough to be left alone? If at least one is old enough to babysit, then you have no grounds to call so far. If they are under, say 12, then you need to call to save them from a worse situation than being split up, and you don't know that they won't be able to stay together. Are they getting any counseling after the trauma they've been thru? PS is probably involved after they were victims, so they have a caseworker you could call. Maybe you could befriend one and help them to overcome what has happened. You could call the police about the drug dealing, then PS would have to step in and remove the kids.

Next time call the cops. Those kids are endangered while he's out peddling drugs. Just think how would you feel if those kids died in a fire because you knew they were being left alone and yet did nothing. Don't approach him about this, he probably will ignore you and for your safety if you do make some calls. Best wishes.

If you think that the kids need to be removed from their current situation then you should call CSS...talking to their father will do nothing..But...if the kids aren't being harmed..CSS can't really take them away just because the dad isn't a good role model. Unfortunately there are too many kids who would loose their parents if that were the case. Sorry to say..those kids will probably just grow up with a bad influence as a parent.

Call the social services. I know you don't want to put the kids through any more trauma, but this guy is an unfit father!

Call CPS before something really bad happens to the kids when they are left alone. If you know for a fact that they are alone you can call the police.

tough one... perhaps child services are in order. if you have WITNESSED this much, how much HAVEN'T you seen???
it's not definite that they would split them up, btw. depends on their ages & if they can find a family to take them all (which they try to do)
