i cant seem to find a good sports bra! i have one but i have to put my normal bra and then my sports bra...i dont get this? when i run my boobs bounce! i dont think they are supposed to do that lol! should i get one size smaller? like i'm between a 38 C and 36 D...so waht size should i get? thank u!

Sports bras are made in different 'impact' levels for different types of activity. Most department stores sell either low, or moderate impact styles. For larger breasts, and high impact activites like running, you need a 'high' impact sports bra.
Try going to a sports store like ***** or Models. Also some of the larger Nike stores will carry high impact sports bra.
If you can't find any, just wear 2 moderat impact bras. I'm about the same size as you and I use both, a high impact or 2 moderate impacts.

When you try them on, jump up and down in the fitting room. If you bounce, you need a smaller band size.
IIRC from my readings, a 38C and 36D have the same volume in the breast. Also, bras are not standardized. You could be a 36D in one bra make, and a 38C in another bra make.
Sometimes with big breasts you should wear two bras for working out, which I had to do with J cups till I got a breast reduction.

The ones I have are by Jockey and they really are comfortable.... and no bounce when I run or ride ( horses).

Um what ever fits, don't make it so uncomfortable lol or else you'll be in pain. And if you don't like the guys seeing them bounce, wear a jacket.

you could get a smaller one or you could just wear two of them at once....a lot of girls with larger breasts can tend to wear three at once
