I am used to ALOT more,,,but my DR is MAD and cut me off,,,after 2 years of this med, because i ran out short a few times,,,,My lower back is really hurting,,but she gave me 10 mg oxy twice a day for yesterday today tomorrow and thur,,,BUT thats it so,,,,i am scared,,,,,I have to go back to work friday, and was wondering if there is anything i can take to help? I asked for something to help and she said NO,,,,I'm sorry but thats not right,,,,,I DID run out early BUT thats the worse thing i did! Nothing else! I am really getting woried because my backis starting to feel like its burning and is starting to hurt alot,,,,What can i do for this feeling? Over the counter i guess since she wont give me anything,,,,

Here is what I suggest to get you over the worst part of the withdrawals.
To help with the withdrawals take hot bathes with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. The skin is the biggest organ of elimination and this will help pull out the drugs. Use a loofa to clean the pores and this will help pull the drugs out even faster.
I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.
I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day and 2c. a day of fresh carrot juice, to flush the medicine out of your liver. Taking 500mg of calcium and magnesium twice a day will help you to relax.
Drink chamomile tea throughout the day and evening to help you stay relaxed.
Use a powdered fiber supplement twice daily to pull the drugs out of your intestines where they store.

It is right, she is cutting you off because you are addicted after 2yrs and obviously took more than you were supposed to if you ran out early. She cant keep supplying you with medication if you are abusing it. Its ethically wrong. She took an oath to do no harm. To keep providing you this medication can harm you if you continue to abuse it.
600 mg of Ibuprofen every 6hrs
Aleve every 12 hrs
Chiropractor
ice 12min every hour
are possible options
