Well never say THANK YOU! Don't tell him how you thought it was! AND AFTER YOU KISS - NEVER SAY I LOVE YOU AFTER YOU KISS. TELL HIM I LOVE YOU THEN KISS HIM.
Don't say Let's do it again. Because that just makes you look like an airhead!
Don't ever complement the kiss. Be very misterious. Don't say anything - Because saying something would ruin the moment.

If someone I liked were to kiss me... I'd probably say afterwards...

Hahahahaha, no, no, no.. I'm only kidding.. Depending on how much i know about the girl.. I could say...
"Hmmn.. Wasn't quite that great.. but you can try it again" and probably beckon her to come and kiss me again.
After that.. I might say "Come on,.. I'm sure you can do better than that... try again" ....
By this time, she might figure out that i'm abusing.. so i might have to say "I've got to go. Wanna try that again tomorrow night?"

If he likes it, you kiss him more and then eventually you'll make out =p
If it's just a first kiss, then you should wait for him to say something. Actually, just don't say anything, it ruins the moment.

slightly tilt your head down...(like a half an inch)
then look up into his eyes while subtly licking the middle of your upper lip
turn that into a faint smile while you coyly bite at your lower lip
and
then gently whisper, "that was nice"
