Some of you really should google this. Dogs and Cats cannot contract or transmit HIV from or to human beings. Human beings do not contract AIDS, they contract HIV and after it has damaged the immune system severly enough to admit certain infectious diseases, the person is diagnosed with AIDS

I'm pretty sure that any kind of animal can get hives and AIDS. If you're still not quite sure, ask your vet, or even a regular doctor. They'll know the answer FOR SURE!

yes dogs and cats can get hiv. There's a shot cats can take for it, but i'm not so sure about dogs - maybe consult your vet.
