Yes I stare all the time. When I was younger I used to stare at girls and not really talk to them. I found out that made them feel uneasy. I now try not to stare so much just talk to them openly and freely and find out what is there level of interest. You never know even when you think it is impossible when you talk to them you find out it may be possible. Any thing is possible with a Loving God. Good Luck !!!!
