A lot of recipes say Fahrenheit, and I was wondering if there was such thing as a Celsius oven? Probably outside of U.S., if anything.

The USofA is almost the only country on the planet still using the old system. EveryOne Else has gone over to Metric. You're so behind in that and ahead in world leadership - go figure.

Australia, New Zealand, Fiji I can confirm use Celcius.

I don't know if there is a Celsius oven, but It's easy enough to change from Fahrenheit to Celsius or vice-versa.
C = (5/9)(F - 32)
For example, if the recipe said 400 Fahrenheit:
Subtract 32 from 400, that's 368
Multiply 368 by 5, that's 1840
Then divide 1840 by 9, that's about 204 Celsius.

To change from Celsius to Fahrenheit:
F = (9/5)C + 32
For example, if the recipe said 200 Celsius:
multiply 200 by 9, that's 1800.
Divide 1800 by 5, that's 360.
And add 32 to 360 that's 392 Fahrenheit.
