Some of the best ways to prevent a hangover is to eat a good meal before a night of drinking if you can stomach it you can also drink some milk or olive oil which will help to create a protective lining in your stomach.
Eating a good meal helps to absorb some of the alcohol you consume.

Pasta, lots of it. Ravioli, Spaghetti, Fettucini, Linguini, you name it pasta is the answer you are seeking. Then, when the night is over and before you go to bed - drink lots of water, I will do this and take 2 regular aspirin. If it was a "real" night I will have only a slight headache/hangover the next morning.

Hope this helps!

A burger is good, anything with some grease to coat your stomach and bread to absorb some of the alcohol, tums or something similar will help a bit too. With water like everyone said to keep hydrated. The aspirin will help prevent the head-ache you get towards the end of the night.

It's not a food, but water is the key to not getting a hangover. So, along those lines (staying hydrated) I would say any food with low sodium for sure.

A big FAT cheesesteak loaded with mushrooms, peppers & onions. Thats the way to go. Then half way thru the nite, about 20 white castle chesseburgers

Pizza or a cheesesteak and french fries. Has to be something greasy to coat your stomach. Also drink a glass of water after each drink, you'll be fine.

Lots of food, but especially complex carbs (whole grains) since simple carbs become sugar almost immediatley and don't sty in your stomach long enough to do any good.
Moderate your alcohol intake like a grownup and you won't have to worry.

CHARCOAL ROAST BEEF WOULD BE THE BEST WAY TO GO. IT GOES VERY WELL WITH BEER ESPECIALLY THAT YOU END UP DRINKING MORE THAN YOU WOULD WITHOUT FEELING THE EFFECT. ON THE SIDE CHOP UP RED ONIONS, GREEN LONG HOT PEPPERS, FRESH CILANTRO, FRESH TOMATOES, FRESH LEMON JUICE AND SALT. MIX ALL UP LIKE A SALAD AND ENJOY WITH YOUR ROAST BEEF.
