You can't get it done in a week. Trust me. Read this article:

If you are in relatively good shape, a "six pack" in one week is possible. Vigorously exercise 8 hours a day; run, do a lot of crunches, do some aerobics, work out with weights and do this seriously 8 hours daily. Drink WATER often. Eat vegetables, fruits and all healthy food. NO SUGAR, LOW CARBS, no salt, NO FRIED ANYTHING. Just work hard!

Or, on a more humorous and costly note, have liposuction, tummy tuck, some kind of surgery.

Either way, GOOD LUCK!

Everyone has a six pack - its the abdominal fat that keeps it hidden. Unfortunately there are no specific area (abdominal in your case) fat reduction techniques known, and on top it your one week goal is very tough to put it mildly.

In my view this is not achieveable in one week. If you manage to do it please let me know as well. Good luck with the objective.

getting and maintaining a 6-pack is all about the diet and keeping the body fat % low. there is no diet than can cause a rapid decrease in the body fat % in only a week. if there was I would be using it on the pro-bodybuilders that I train.

hell yes. no one beleives it, but i got my six pack in 1 DAY. wow i kinda sound like an adertisement...but yea i used to rollerblade(how gay right?) but those things were heavy as hell and i spent a full day climbing up a halfpipe. just like ride up, grab the copeing, and hoist myself up. and i had huge heavy boot rollerblades on, so doing this for like 4 hours, the next day i was no joke so soar i could not physically sit up. i had to roll out of bed on to the ground. it took me 5 whole minutes to get out of my damn room i hurt so bad. but after that, boom, six pack. it just takes a lot of perseverence. it doent have to be situps. try chin ups, those get pretty much everything upper body just ripped.
best way to do it, put on something heave(chinups, try heavy shoes, sit ups, hold a weight on your chest just like 5 lbs, push ups toss on a backpack) put on some music or the tv and give urself a whole day. and just go for it. it CAN be done.

To lose fat you have to do cardio and reduce your fat intake. Depending on how much fat you have you may not be able to do it in a week.
