I would say good. If everyone just respected one another that would be good enough.

Everyone could respect one another WITH religion, but people are more complex than that. They have personalities, something religion DOES NOT create. People act certain ways, that's why we NEED religion.

Organized religions often take the place of a personal faith, which is a lot more important and genuine.

Sure, it would be good, but it will never happen. We will also never reach a point where all people respect one another.

That is a huge, unattainable "if", but I agree that it would be great if not impossible. That's what any decent religion is all about.
