no such thing as the lower abs.

the rectus abdominis is a single muscle and muscles either contract as a whole or not at all. this is why you can't isolate part of a muscle.

to get rid of the pooch you have to decrease your body fat % low enough to see the desired results in that area. you can't spot reduce fat stores

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.

I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.

It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

Get a pilates ball, place only your heels on the ball and as you're lifting the lower portion of your body off the floor roll your feet flat on the ball and back down again for 3 sets only for a minute. In due time, you'll definetly feel the burn and see the lower abs

this requires two peeps for best results, lay on ur back with your legs together in the air, and have a buddy stand at your shoulders facing your feet. Have them push your legs down to both sides and the center, your job is to keep your feet from touching the ground do 3 sets of 20 and feel the BURN!!!

the "pooch" is the thing you want to get rid of.

Can't spot reduce. Diet and do leg-lifts.

crunches, sit-ups, no late night eating, no alcohol, always try to suck in that pooch when you're walking, bending, exercising, pretty much every time you think about it, until it becomes habit to hold it in.
