Yep!!! Unless one of the relatives are a step relative or one is adopted. You can go all the way down the line, and if it is true blood family, he is blood kin.

Bush would not be Daniels granduncle, only Peters brothers would be considered granduncles,
Bush would be a cousin, often called removed, meaning removed by a generation, but yes they would be blood related, as Peter and Bush would have to of had parents who were siblings, in order for them to be cousins
so yes Daniel and Jones are distant cousins, and blood related

Firstly Bush would be Daniel's 3rd cousin, not his Great-Uncle (as opposed to Grand-Uncle)
And Bush's grandson would be Daniel's 2nd cousin once removed.

Usually after the third generation there isn't a tie to extended family. Unless it is Great, Great, Great Grand Parents. When u get into the cousins it is usually referred to as "removed". because it is also what is called by the old timers "shirt tail" relationships. But the answer would be third cousins.

they are 1/16 blood related (distant, distant cousins). If one was a girl, yes they could legally be married. (if that was your next question).
