We all know fat people can get disease like diabetes and have heart related problems as well as others, but are there any problems that people who eat a healthy diet but are unnaturally skinny can get. I do not mean malnutrition. I mean considering that these people are eating healthy but do not have a much body fat.

first you have to release that skinny is not lean (low body fat). skinny only means small in circumference in terms of physical attributes. there are plenty of "skinny" people out there with a high percentage of body fat because they have a complete lack of muscle mass. there are plenty of skinny sick people out there, just as many as there are fat sick people.

If a skinny person is otherwise healthy, and are getting the proper nutrition, they will not get debilitating conditions or diseases such as those encountered by overweight and obese people. And they will probably live longer. Just remember, you hear the expressions, "little old lady" and "little old man" far more often than "big old lady" and "big old man". Many a truth is spoken in jest.

It depends on what they eat.
If they starve themselves then they could become malnurished and bounce their heart out of wack...and ruin their other internal organs..

But there's nothing unhealthy about being naturally thin.
