I don't think we should signify that a prayer is done.IT should never be over. We should constantly be in prayer with God.

Some great advise that was preached that I heard was to pray the scriptures. I sometimes end my prayer with "Search me Oh God, and know my heart. Try me and know my thoughts. See if there be any wicked way in me and lead me to the way everlasting (Psalms 139:23-24). May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight. Oh Lord my strength and redeemer! (Psalms 19:14) For thine is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory for ever and ever (Matthew 6:13). In Jesus name (a must). Amen."

Don't foget to say "thank you" as in Thank you Father that because I come to you in Jesus' name I know that you have heard my prayer.
Philippians 4:6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

I think ending a prayer with "Amen" (the Egyptian God of invisible manifestation) is a pretty good way to go.
If it ain't broke don't fix it.
I mean, hey, Moses (High Priest of Egypt) kept using it after all.

Just say "thank you", from the heart. This is worth more than fancy words.
