This is not cardio, you are building muscle. You need cardio to help you lose weight.

I haven't got the actual lateral thigh trainer from the infomercial but bought a very similar model at a supermarket, I used it for an hour a day for 2 weeks and combined with healthy eating/dieting I lost 6 pounds

some people say its not cardio but it blatantly is, if your sweating and your heart rate is significantly increased it clearly is then cardiovascular exercise as well as muscle toning

there is no way to tell how much weight "you" will lose. the diet ultimately determines the rate of fat loss. exercise only provides the necessary stimulus to the muscles and central nervous system
