That's kind of a wide range of numbers my dear...145-200...

but yes those numbers would be high for your height.
I would consider substituting some of your snacks with fruits and vegetables and walking at least 45 minutes daily.

It's not necessarily a bad thing to be a little overweight, but there's a point where you might need to lose some in order to be healthy.

a little ok heck ya im in 5th and i way 65 u mite want 2 consider wallking or running around a big block a day and eat less. If u dont c a change u mite wanna run around the neighborhood a couple times a day

there is a huge difference between 145 and 200 lbs. regardless of how much you weight it's the body fat % that determines if one is fat or not. I know girls that are 5'0 to 5'3 and 150-165 lbs with a 6-packs

you weigh 145 - 200lbs? which is it - that's an enormous difference of 55 lbs!!!!

145 is a good weight for your height. 200 lbs.-You should be no where need there!!!

if you're under 150 you aren't 160 you are. but genetics do play a role if your parents are of the same stature
