I really don`t understand your question. In about 4 years you
have gained 33 thousand.
Look at it this way; Somebody bought an item for $1000.
After he/she received some information by insiders who understand something about that item and tell you it is
$ 10 000 worth.
Now go to an auction and sell it for $ 10 000.
Your guitar is worth what somebody is willing to put into your pocket.
Don`t put your hopes to high.

You should keep on waiting. People love antiques and like is your question to keep on keeping it so the price keeps on going higher and take a chance on it dropping or just sell it so that another person will take that chance and get even more money most in likley but more likely keep it?? Just wait a few years and get the money for that house!
