maybe it is becouse americans get so little vacation time and you get stressed out .

you should all move over here to the uk where you get about 5 weeks.

i would much rather american immigrants to anyone else

No, actually I find this to be the case everywhere, vacation or not. We travel a lot but we also do lots of things locally and find rudeness to be more the norm than not. And who was the idiot that developed those double and triple wide baby carts taking up all the space and not caring who they put out? People just seem to think about their space and no one elses. It makes it difficult to enjoy any outing.

I don't think it's people on vacation so much as people in general. Society seems to be getting more rude altogether. Everyone thinks they are entitled to something that they haven't earned or worked for. Everyone thinks their voice should be heard. It's a bunch of crap. Take accountability and speak when it's your turn. Do something nice for someone else rather than thinking you've been wronged. End of story.

I do projects around the house on vacation...and enjoy the fruits of my labor the rest of the year...

yes. why think of anyone else when you are on vacation for yourself. Im going on vacation this week and i plan on tripping every 5th person i see wearing a hat.

Maybe it's because we Americans have fewer vacation time than any other country, so doing everything you want to do at a short amount of time makes us rude...? I dunno...
