Fresh from the garden? (still warm and raw) tomatoes and peas.
Fresh picked, but refrigerated for an hour or so and still raw? radishes (white and red, but white icicle is best), carrots, lettuce.
Fresh but cooked? CORN ON THE COB!!!!!

Corn on the cob, but I guess I'm biased b/c I'm from Indiana, and that's pretty much all we do.... but I guess now with the Corn-Ethanol Biofuel, as a state, we are in luck!!
