Ok, so this guy pays child support on 2 other kids and was just recently court ordered, there is now a child support order for a third child...but from a different woman (2 with one and 1 with another, he is now paying on the 2) How will this effect the child support payments to the 3rd child?

there is a formula how much he makes how much he is paying and he has to be able to live so the order for the 3rd child will be lower than the first two then the dad can and should go back to court for the first two and state i am now paying for a third and i want my payments reduce they will reduce it to the same for each child. If he does not make the effort he will allways pay more for the first order

If it is with a different woman I don't think it would affect the payments of the others at all.

possibly the amount would be split in three.the 2 kids payments may be reduced.

There is no way to answer this, except that he cannot pay more than he makes.
