I have to agree with peekay here. .SIS files are SymbianOS installer files (similar to the way that .MSI files are Microsoft Installer files), which means that you need to transfer it to a Symbian device, which could be your Palm, your cellphone, or a lot of various devices. When you get it there, it *should* work. Good luck!

There are so many obscure different formats that are out there unless you have the program that created it you might not be able to.
What developed it and what is it used for?
Many different softwares will create there own formay, the problem is unless you have that software.
